Simon Walker and Michael Smale formed their successful estate agency partnership in 1996. Having built a strong professional relationship during their time working for a large corporate estate agency in the area, Simon and Michael decided to join forces and, as Walker Smale, they have helped move people in, out and around North Leeds and Wharfedale for well over two decades.
With over 90 years combined experience as estate agents in the local property market, Michael and Simon have the expertise to handle and advise on any property related matter regardless of the economic climate and personally look after all their clients to make sure of the best possible outcome. Therefore, a great deal of our business comes from personal recommendations and returning clients.
Over the years we have always made sure that Walker Smale are ahead of the curve when it comes to innovation and technology that can enhance the process and outcome for our clients. One of the most successful, recent enhancements to our service, at no extra cost, has been the introduction of 3D virtual tours across the board for all properties!
Simon and Michael are supported by a small, dedicated, and enthusiastic team of colleagues which also includes some family members as well!
