The Stamp Duty Holiday for the first £250,000 of your purchase remains in place until 30th September 2021!
Whilst the saving is somewhat less significant than the current Stamp Duty Holiday for which you must complete on your purchase by 30th June 2021, it is still better in your pocket than in the Treasury's!
With house prices set to remain strong or continue to increase due to current demand outstripping supply, this smaller saving of up to £2500 should still be a welcome contribution to the cost of moving. Alternatively there are plenty of other things you could spend £2500 on e.g a holiday (one day), a car, a HUGE TV or a new wardrobe etc.
